me and a friend of mine decided to get rid of the nasty orange reflectors. what do you think? took almost 3 hours to get it perfect. and a few cuts
Pull out from a driveway between cars from a blind angle slowly, so you can just barely see around the big SUV thats blocking your way... as your front end is sticking out just a little bit in traffic, and your sidemarkers are missing... you will be wishing they were there when the insurance investigator inspects your car to find the sidemarkers are removed or painted over pointing the cause of the accident to your stupidity...
like, in 2003 when these came out you could get smoked side markers or white ones that will still be reflective in daytime and night time to help the old ladies to see your front end...

Thank everyone. It's a real nice clean look. Looked a lot better in person like most other things. I have the AEM CAI so the intake is actually right were the marker is open. Oh ya that means i might finally be able to beat an RSX

If its during the night, and when someones pulls out a little to far, i usually see the light from there headlights on the ground infront of me.
Who cares what an insurance adjuster thinks about that happen, they have to cover it, thats why you pay them.
On a black car, im fairly sure he had thought of replacing them with a darker, or a white reflector.
White would look like a pile of failwhale right there on a black car.
Grille is the best solution IMO.
Fantastic work sir, I applaud you.
Ehhh....Honda Mod if you ask me with the mesh. Not my cup of tea.
I would have made a black metal inward pushed flat piece that looked like a flare. But to each his own.
Least it looks cleanly done.

Would look real dumb on my car since that "flare" wouldn't contrast with anything else on my car. Looking for a clean subtile look. I think I pulled it off

I'm sure it's been done before. But I don't see it enough. I still see people on here who have the stock bumper with those ugly orange reflectors. That I guess according to some people will save ur life
yeah you did. But what im talking about is you see how the hole has an inward indentation? just continue that from behind with black metal further than the hole opens toward the rear and just leave it open so that air flows in smooth and nice.
The way it is now may look clean and good, but also have slight wind resistance by the air rushing in.
^^^now thats an **** way to look at it..LOL!
