I'm trying to find a solution to the door pull finish problem. I've seen a lot of people painting them but I haven't seen a frost interior that looked good painted.

Then I saw this:



I thought inverting the colors, i.e. frost door with black armrest and pad would look good as long as the outlined part matched the armrest. That way I can paint the door pull black as many with the black interiors have done.

Just wondering if anyone has done this or knows where I could find a picture? If not what do you think?
