I'm really considering having you doo this for me. I'll just buy a new set of headlights and ship them to you. Anyone know how much a new set would run me?

android123 what color does the orange strip show up as at night when lit? how did you get rid of the orange color? from the pics, you can't even tell there was an orange strip there...do you have any nighttime pics?

you can always just take out that bulb, its just a small wedge bulb (194). so there'll be no orange lit up at night unless ur signaling.

I wonder why this is taking to long for people to do??

VW and Honda/acura guys have been doing this for a while and it is supposed to be an easy mod.

Because their headlights combined are worth less than ONE HID equipped 350Z headlight. Most of the 350Z owners I know are quite hesitant to let someone bake or boil their headlamps just so that they can have color.

Plus, its common sense.. NISSAN will definately offer a black housing headlamp in the future, they did it for the Z32 300Z, Mitsubishi did it for the Eclipse, and various other cars can be added to the list.

Its just a matter about being cautious about WHO you let touch your car.
