anyone have a phone number for dressupbolts.com or ballerbolts? I have tried to contact BOTH numerous times over the last few months threw email but i have YET to get any sort of reply back from either. This is starting to make me very weary of each retailer. IF anyone has a phone number could you please email it to me?

 

I had to make a claim to AMEX, ballerbolts never responded to any of my emails or phone calls. Good luck.

 

this is what i am affraid of, i wish there was a reliable company out there that carried a product like this.

 

dressupbolts is all caught up from the holiday purchases. I received an order from them in 5 days last week, I would go with them.

 

You would figure with a niche product they would both be on top the game and promoting their products...
