edit it was a pain in the azz, would have worked better with two people or three hands.

I think it looks pretty good. What don't you like about it?

it may be me but the dinoc becomes super stiff (which may be a good thing) after you heat it and wrap it. Its pretty difficult to do solo on piece like these - there are a bunch of f-ups which I need to do but won't for a while now since its a hassle to do it in the first place alone.

Like I said if your gana do it make sure you have a friend to help, one to have a heat gun or hair dryer and you to make sure it molds right.

Yeah, sometimes the first attempt at a lot of things becomes more of a learning experience than we'd like. Does the Dinoc have a texture, like a cloth, or is it completely smooth, like plain vinyl?

It has a very slight texture....when you wrap it too much it'll get smooth.

I am sure my next attempt at it will be easier.

I'd say you have to, in order to get all the edges tucked under.

Check the Tech Installs > Audio / Video Forum
There are threads that show how to remove the console to install the radio, etc.

Welcome to my headliner nightmare. I had to take it down to re cover it a few times before I got it right. Worth it though. G/L with your project.

Once the Di Noc was on does it ruin the headliner with the adhesive going into the fabric?

hate to bump a dead thread, but I just ordered some more di-noc and I'll be re-doing the top portion of the center console (the shifter panel came out well enough not to redo.

I'll be covering the gauge's (on top) and the black paneling in front of the gauges...

possibly the panel where the window controls are...as well - will post pix when done
