Default Rear Bumper

I have been looking forever for a rear bumper just like this. I love how the exhaust tips come out of the bumper. Any idea what bumper this is and where I can get it? I was doing a Yahoo search on custom gauges and this showed up.

I just did a search and it says it's Italy only. So is there any way I can get it?

I don't know much about it. After a little searching I found a replica version:

Dude! You are awesome! I wonder how much ground clearance I'll have in the back. If it scrapes, there's no point in getting it. I drive this car every day. Not practical.

I searched around for any clearance information but could not find anything.

However, in the picture you posted it doesn't seem like it would be an issue.
