The adjustment is made via supporting rods. My supporting rods are set so that they have around +- ~.5" adjustment from where they are at right now.
I'm sure Jimmy can make the rods so that they set at "stock" height".

if they were designed to sit at "stock" height and one chose to buy an after market seat that was lower sometime down the road, the bar would still be usable, correct? the way i understand it is that the harness is not supposed to be any lower than your shoulders but if it is higher it really doesnt make any difference.

If you tell jimmy what your seat height is going to be, i'm sure he can add or remove some length.

Hi Fella's, Just wanted to say thank you for the positive feedback on the bar. We try and produce quality work out of our shop whether it be a harness bar, or a full welded in roll cage. I didn't think there would be as much interest in it as there is, so if you have any questions, feel free to contact me directly either through PM, e-mail, or call/text. That way poor Kris isn't having to spend his afternoon answering posts and Pm's.

Thanks for handling it today by the way!

Anyways, i'd love to get my hands on another Z, and see if there are other parts I can develope and fab up for it. I started my shop from building roll cages and bolt-in roll bars. I'd really like to develope a super nice, high quality bolt-in cage for the z. Either a simple 4-point, or maybe even a 6-point using door bars.

But shoot me a PM if you'd like any other info about the harness bar or any other products or services. Hope to meet some more of you guys and see what else I can develope for your guys rides.

Thanks
Jimmy

GT Spec parts are Aluminum, and really not needed.

Hey guys, Thanks for all the positive feedback once again.

Quickest way to get a hold of me would be to send me a text on my cell. 714-585-9109. But you can pm me or email me as well. wellbiltkustoms@aol.com is my email.

I do need another z to come in to the shop to build another bar on. But since I already have the measurements, angles, and hardware needed, It should be a quick build. Soon as I get the next one made, I will make a few extra so if anyone wants one, all I'd have to do is shoot paint.

If enough people are interested in getting one, I'm willing to make them, and do a group buy and drop the price down.

If I can get at least 10 people interested, I'd be willing to price them out at $360 painted! Shipping would be additional, but I would only charge what actual shipping cost would be. That's probably the best I can do for you all. DOM tubing isn't cheap, and the amount of time I spend cutting, bending the tube, and Tig welding everything and buying the heims and hardware along with paint, It takes alot more work then people think. But I do take alot of pride in my work, so I can promise you that you'll be getting my very best!

If your interested in getting one, can we start a list and keep track to see if there is enough people interested?

Hi Jimmy @ WellBiltKustom

if you'd like to become a Sponsor here at My350z.com, please click on the banner at the top of the page "Market Place" -> "Become a Sponsor".

we have strict rules here about group deals etc... if you keep this thread strictly about the build and project and how you did it, that's fine, once you start asking for money to sell, is where the fine line is. This will be your first warning... thanks. we have to respect our other paying vendors that offer similar products.

I'm a newby to the harness bar. Is this for stiffening the body or just mainly for adding a the 6 point harness?
