He so I been debating a roof spoiler for months now. something very mellow as I have the stock small wing and keeping it that way. I will be adding a mild front and rear lip and side skirts prob not till after this summer though. soo just trying to do some little things. whats everyones thoughts on these? I found this one on ebay it carbon fiber(sure just an overlay) but fig for 95 shipped I can just paint to match. and always rip off if I get sick of so.... thanks guys

im thinking its gotta be the cheap CF same as the 45 air ducts on ebay imo the air duct looks great lol so.... plus would paint it to match the car the fiberglass real one is like 250 and I wouldnt pay that much. I have seen it on some guys g35 and it flowed pretty nicely

 

I dont know if i would do the ebay tuning/modding. Look around on her for deals. Im pretty sure there was a dude selling a roof spoiler recently... Just be patient...

Roof spoilers are RICE and look like crap on a Z or G. It's one of the most retarded and tasteless mods I have seen for this platform.

Definitely recommend saving your money for a nice exhaust system instead.

Here is my 2 pennies...

A roof spoiler in general is NOT for everyone, so decide if YOU like it, because the way you "mod" your car is a reflection of your personal taste( but you knew that already, right?) That particular roof spoiler you are/were looking at looks flimsy and poorly made... Take a closer look and you will see that it is a hollow piece... Like someone else said, look at the Stillen spoiler, yes it is more expensive, but looks 10x better...

As for the front lip, those are a dime a dozen, the best thing about it, is that it is made of PU... However, I would advise you to buy any body part from someone/vendor that is local so you can check the fitment right there and then...

This is very true but since I had the TE37's, the Nismo V3, and the other carbon bits... It looked more like a "race" look without it. I feel that if I were to take off the V3, Paint the Stillen spoiler black, and put the VSXX's... it would flow better with the VIP look.
