Hello Everybody

I want to know if there is a way I can get into my car. Heres the problem.

1. I just got from vacation and I think I left my lights or something on and it drained my battery so my key fob obviously wont work.

2. The week before I left to vacation my driver side door hinge broke. So I cant use the door handle from the drivers outside door. The way I delt with it that week was by holding the unlock button on my key fob so my windows would lower themselves and I would just reach in to my car and open the door from the inside. My goal was to fix it when I got from my vacation, but now I am stuck and its really bite me in the a$#.

So I would like to know if anyone knows how I can get into my car manually with having a dead battery and broken drivers side door handle.

I know I can call AAA to have them open my car but trying to see if I can find a alternate route. Thanks .

 

Just a suggestion. Put a subject in the subject line like

Squeaking brakes

instead of

Help

Need help immediately

or

If you don't help right away I will die!

 

Not sure how well this will work on a Z. But I could peal the window back a little and use a coat hanger with the 240.

 

That's what AAA will do.

 

The inside door handle will not open the door if the lock rocker button is in the locked position. I don't see how you could possibly move the rocker button with a coat hanger.

In post #10, he says "we finally got a guy who knew what he was doing and got the door open", but gives no details. Maybe he's still around and could tell you what the guy did.

ive recently been having trouble with the driver side door handle not trying to open
it opens but after you pull on the lever a couple of times
what could cause this problem?
