Default Painted interior trim pieces

I have been searching the forums and haven't come up with much.

I am looking to see what results people got with either wrapping or painting the interior trim pieces. I mainly just don't like the silver bezel ones and would love to add some color to mine. Any pictures would be appreciated (or missed links).

Something along the lines of this:

I'd avoid going to the extremes of the guy in the link. His interior is pretty much all vinyl and looks a bit tacky. He went beyond just accents and made the secondary color a bit overwhelming. Though, i suppose if you didn't do the CF and you chose a more subdued color then it may look better (and that's coming from a guy with a solar orange).

My intentions weren't to go that extreme however those were the specific pieces I had thought of painting/wrapping (most likely having a shop paint it). I don't like the CF route too overplayed and doesn't suit my taste. But thanks for your thoughts.
