Throw the chargespeed in the trash and run the defuser. Or sell the defuser to someone who is actually going to use it Function > form/rice.

i got it used locally from a guy here, and he got it from showstopper on ebay.

Install is not hard at all. There is a DIY somewhere on this site.
f-350 is that thing all beat up? Looks like cracks all over the place.

no sir, it was wrapped with plastic protection. will post picture of it installed soon
