Default Need Help With Painting Center Portion of Front Bumper

Hey everyone, I just bought a seibon front spoiler and I want to install it but before I do I want to paint the "chin" bar black on the front bumper to match.

I was wondering if I could do it myself or if anyone has done it. Surely can't be too difficult but since we have these great forums I wanted to know how to go about it.

Thanks.

Please title your threads according to your topic

Chin bar? ..... Is your front lip already painted or are you going to try to do that yourself as well?

The spoiler is already painted I'm talking about the bottom part of the front bumper like in the middle bar that needs to be painted to match. I want to do it myself but I'm wondering if it's a simple as wet sanding and spraying paint on it. Carefully done of course.

It would be the same as any other exterior piece, if you want it done right get it done professionally.

would be based solely on your capabilites and pretty sure you can determine that for yourself.
if your patient and not OCD then DIY - if you are impatient and ocd with things then get a pro to do it for you.
