^^^Ah, no I won't be there. I live in Boise, so it's a bit of a trek. I hate that they have all this good stuff so early in the year, like Golden Gardens. The weather always sucks!

Besides, the car's not put back together yet, and probably won't be for another couple weeks. Hopefully I'll make it out for Formula D again this year though.

This is the Golden Garden Event they rename it!

 

Well, things are taking a bit longer than expected, but here is the progress as of last night. Hopefully everything will get buttoned up tonight and I'll be able to bring the car home.

BTW, I also picked up Milt's old wheels (sad that that is their official name!), as you can see in the pics.

In these pics, wing and rear bumper are fully done, side is just sitting on boxes, and front bumper is halfway mounted. Fenders are pulled as far as they are going to be for now.

The Adv1's? I will be posting them up FS in the next couple weeks. I have to get the tires taken off them.

Yeah, they were blue at one time. Then he polished them, traded them to carlos350z, and I bought them from him! I'll probably keep them polished, for the time being at least.

 

Well, I FINALLY brought the car home today. It's low, took a long time to get out of the shops driveway, but was fine driving around. I took it for a spin around town on roads I typically travel, and never scraped once. I'll just have to be really careful.
