How do you pop out the cigarette lighter in the back between the two seats? I searched around and all I could find was to pop around the square housing with a flat head and that frees up three sides of it but the top of the housing seems attached and won't come out. Does anyone know how to get the top out or am I doing something wrong?

 

You should be able to wiggle it out, but it is definitely much harder to get out when the rear panel is installed (take out the whole thing and the lighter part will be easier to take out). IIRC, it's held in by a tab or something, then it's held on lastly by the wires which you can disconnect at the connector.
