Side mirrors that *almost* don't suck.
Chargespeed and Veilside make the best looking mirrors that aren't the Craftsquare style. The only other nice set would be Gandor but are rather pricey. The ones pictured here or hideous but it's your car... Congrats.

Ok. So I got a preliminary quote to fill the area left from removing the light and vacuum bagging them in carbon fiber. The quote was 350.
I guess we'll see if it will be worth doing once I get them in.

So I got good news and bad news. If there's any such thing as good news in this thread HA!
The good news is:
I got some new mirrors.
The bad news is:
They aren't the right ones.
Somehow someway, wires got crossed and I was sent a different set.
However.....
I don't think it's all that bad. I actually kind of like them. They look like a copy of the ganadors, but with a marker light. They are made with decently thick plastic, and they don't fold, which is a bummer. Check out the pics:
Yes I know my cars filthy.
But so, honestly, I don't think they look bad at all. The only thing that I don't like is the dull plastic, but some primer and some black paint and clear coat. Bang. I think they would look good.
What do you think?

The no folding thing doesn't bother me. I've never ever folded my mirrors. The only time I've ever folded mirrors is on my h2 to keep trees and brush from knocking them off.
