Define "best".
Best looking? That's too subjective to define.
Best quality? Best fitment? Best materials?
The point is - there is no answer to this question. Look through all the picture threads, all the gallery photos, etc. Find a look you like and go with that as a starting point. nobody else can tell you what looks good or what to like.

In my opinion, the Voltex by far. The front bumper and the moulded splitter/front diffuser with the white logo is awesome. Beware though, supporting mods will need to be done with every body kit; for example: some wheels look better with this kit, yet make other's look "ricey", etc, etc

IMO the only ones that look good require extreme modification to pull off.
They have a lot of the body kits that have been available over the years. Some have been discontinued, but companies like shine and others still produce copies. But available or not, that site has pictures of pretty much every body kit you could imagine.
Edit:
Here's the direct link:

If money were no object, the kenstyle kit has always been my favorite. I know I'll get flamed for saying that though.
The Tommy K kit is bad *** too.

Unlike most Car forums these guys hate anything to do with changing the body of the z and will call you out on any mods outside of Fenders Hood spoiler rims.
Veilside makes great fitting kits and has a lip kit and two aggressive kits.
Amuse is a Beast and by far the best kit.
outside of that Nismo fits great.
What it boils down to is do you want aggressive or something to set it off from the normal?
Once you figure that out you can just look at the pictures of kits and see what looks best. I would try to look at as many pictures of the kit you like on as many non-show cars as you can find in google images. That way you can see what to expect as far as fitment. Some places will totally remold/fiberglass a kit just to make it fit right. Since you probably do not want to spend a ton of money on fitment. I would try to find reviews of kits that have great fitment and look good to you.
Who cares what all these other guys think.
End result is you are driving the vehicle. And if it makes you happy every morning when you see it for the first time....then you know you accomplished what you wanted to.
Good Luck to you.
