Anyone know where the heating elements are in the leather heated seats. Mine seem to only heat in the bottom rear. Is there a heating element in the backrest?

yea, mine heat my back and my azz, so yours should too. im looking at getting new seats/heaters though, mine i think are getting a little old >.<

Hey LBZ350,

Searched these forums and didn't find a thing that showed the insides of the heated leather seats. Used keywords "leather seats heating elements pads". What would you recommend?

If Warrenty Dosen't Cover It. Have a good shop put a patch on it(inside).
did it to mine. lasted 6mths. Replace it with canvas.

Aftermarket options like leather seats.com have them affixed just on top of the foam, but under the leather seat cover/padding. I would imagine OEM placement is similar. Removal of your current cover is definitely in your future should you g about fixing it.
