Default Door Panel Differences/Fitment

I have a '03 Z, the door panel's leave much to be desired. Looking at the 06/07 door panels, they aren't very expensive.

Would they fit in an '03 Z?
Are they far superior in the comfort department?

Yes.

Search
and you'll find threads on '03-'05 owners upgrading to 06+ door panels.

lol.. opened this thinking it was you lol. was bout to say wtf yo.

needs complete door panel and switches to do swap, but yes, they are far better, and you can get custom upholstery for them pre made.. or jsut have something done to the ones you have now. in terms of "comfort".. dunno.. its a door panel.. ??

you can buy a new leather elbow pad at the 350z Source.com... probably more in your range for a quick fix.
