Default How does my350z feel about stickers/decals?

Was having a conversation with a friend about people with decals or stickers on their car. I was considering putting a small Stillen decal on the rear quarter window and asked him what he thought. A lot of people ask about the exhaust and I figured it'd be fair game as long as I actually had Stillen parts on my car.

Just curious what you guys thought. Are stickers always a no, is one or two acceptable, does it need to be heavily modded or a track car to be acceptable, etc?

I dont see why not as long as its not something stupid and actually relates to your car. especially just something small on those windows. I have my350z decals on mine personally. Besides who cares its your car do w.e. you think looks good.

Liking your Hemingway quote. After browsing some of those, I didn't think people would be so passionate about their sticker opinions haha.

But yeah I figure if the part/brand is on my car, it's fair game. Personally, I don't think I'd want more than one or two small ones on my car though.

I agree to a certain extent, so long as the leading edge of the driver's door isn't covered in stickers.

We're more concerned with your family and how many kids you have than your parts brand.

Unless you're being compensated by a company to advertise there product then it makes sense. Otherwise don't turn your car into a moving billboard.

Never understood why people put a certain brands sticker on their car, its free advertising for them. If they are paying you to put them on thats a different story

Like anything else in life, keep it tasteful and in moderation. Extreme protip! Chrome side vents and flame decals make your car a powerhouse.

I thought about it but then I also thought about the free advertisement and turning my car into a billboard so that turned me off the idea. But do it if you like it.

But....a "JDM Certified" sticker would be awesome on my windshield.

I mean with regards to the free advertising, I see where you're coming from. But I have no issue putting a tasteful sticker on my car if I like the exhaust or whatever part on my car it is. No different than recommending something to a friend. If we're talking Nos or monster stickers, different story. But if the part is on your car and the decal isn't a windshield banner or anything... I don't mind.
