Default 06' Door Panels removal ??

Do i need to remove the door panels to remove the door switch covers? I want to redo my switch covers but don't want to break them getting them off. Breaking off tabs for the armrest is not what i want to do.

Thanks Rule-1

No not for the drivers side. The passanger side you have to remove the aluminum strip to get to the two bolts and then remove that. Once the handle is removed it will just pop off.
