Im in the market on a budget for some new headlights. Im trying to find the 03-05 headlights with the black housing that fit with stock HID. I looked around everywhere but i could only find the projector ones that dont fit with stock hid.

Those will be really lame, in terms of light output/beam pattern to any of the OEM HID's. Hate to have you find out the hard way. Not mine, but here's a pair for sale, if you want to pull off the lenses and paint the housings black:
