Default Rear Diffuser Options

Are there any functional rear diffusers around that have fins that also won't break the bank? From doing quite a bit of research it looks like that's a negative, and my best option may be to attempt to make one. Opinions, ideas, I'm open.

Thanks

Don't know if this is "functional" - is what I fitted to my Zed at weekend. Is based on Circuit Sports (I think) unit, UK supplier has them in FRP or carbon - I went for the FRP option.

Yeah, it's not very functional, but it does look good as hell. That little rear add on diffuser is pretty much my other option because it looks really nice and isn't very expensive. I just wish there were some more functional options that looked good and didn't cost 1k.

Edit: Also, how is the FRP, I'm going to be painting whatever I get gunmetal, is the the diffuser pretty sturdy?

It would spray up easily and is certainly not flimsy.
