I've got the Nismo S-tune Suspension so it's slightly lowered, I don't remember what nismo claimed it to be, was it something like 20mm which is about 0.78740 inch. I now sort of wish I went with something lower. But my bumper would be even lower to the ground so maybe it's best where it's at

I think I originally got the bumpers in September from i-m-s (I wouldn't order it from them though), it took about 2 weeks to get them after I ordered it. Order everything from www.vividracing.com if you do. They're good people and their prices are better.

I'm not sure if I feel much of a difference with the hole for the popcharger, I'm sure it helps some.. probably gives a descent ram air effect
