Hey guys, have any of you delt with FLOSSY for your shift *****? I ordered a shift **** from them October 2nd and have yet to receive my order! I contacted them two weeks after ordering and was told that the order would be shipped the next day. Two weeks after that I can't acted them because it hadn't been delivered and was told that it had been shipped a " long time ago" but he would ship another one. It has been over two weeks since then and now they won't return my e-mails. I'm really pissed because now it seems I'm out $110. Just a warning.

Lots of issues lately with flossy. I almost ordered from them about the same time you did. I even emailed them asking for a breast cancer pink ribbon and was told they would be doing another limited edition run and they never responded after the first time. I figured if they can't even answer an email they probably don't want my money.

File a fraud report with your CC company.

 

I should've done the same thing. I was wrong in assuming that they were a proven dependable company. I should've searched online for reviews of this company, my mistake. I will be contacting my bank because I made the purchase with my check card. I hope that I can still get the money back!
