Are aerosync bumpers available?

Need to get a new bumper on the car. Seen the aerosync and liked it, but not finding the availability. Any recommendations on a vendor or similar bumper?

A vendor sells it still... His name is Gruppe-s. I plan to pick one up if I ever return to the states.
