Default Shipping a front bumper cover?

Any of you guys ever ship a bumper cover? The reason I ask is that it is an awkward size/shape and requires a fairly big box (wish I had the one my new one came in) and ups, fedex don't do that big, so would need to be a freight co., etc.

So any suggestions to ship a big item like that? I just put a state wide ad for my stock bumper cover and don't want to ship unless I can get a decent shipping price. Also, do you know if the freight companies can provide proper boxes and packing material, etc.? Thanks and sorry for kind of a weird question. *pic of the item on car from early this yr.:

My bumper came from greyhound and basically it was bubbled wrap and clear wrapped. Freight may be the other option.

Greyhound. Wrap it up good and it's good to go. Mine from SC to west coast was in the $60 range.

You could go to a body shop and see if they have old boxes from other bumpers that were replaced on other cars. Another option is wrapping it with plastic and bubble wrap. I've worked at quite a few shops where this was the shipping method as well.

Uhaul sells big boxes for cheap. R&L carriers seem to be the prefered freight company the last 2 times I recieved a bumper
