Default LS1 convt. pcm vs. bcm???

What up Z'brahs,
Ok, I have a concern about my convertible top operating normally when I start swapping wire harnesses. First off, LS1 harness to Z harness is a given, but I'm also certain I need to reharness the pcm or bcm for the auto-to-manual swap?(even tho I'm using a t56?) but I'm not sure about what signals pcm or bcm will be needing for clutch operations that it didn't need before. Question is will I need a harness from a manual trans convt? And as related, if I swap in race seats will that mess with top operations because of the passenger seat auto tilt function? Any informative help would be appreciated, Thanks
