To elaborate on this, either way you do it can work just fine. The JDM Nismo Z's didn't come with the side lights, so filling them is not going to make the car look odd, if anything it would clean up the look a bit. Picture for example (sorry about the poor quality, was the best I could find) but the choice is ultimately yours.

you wont need any sort of bracket for the evo r fog light man.. it uses 3m tape to stick around that surface.. its a bit different than the stock lens.

goood info brian. I will defiantly try to see how I can get the evo-R light looking right on the Nismo bumper. Haven't bought the bracket or finishing face so I may just ditch the 2. But the finishing face may just be a nice touch instead of having the actual light just sitting under the rear of my Nismo bumper naked around the sides. All still up for debate I'll see what I come up with. Been crazy busy at work lately. Trying to get my vacation approved so I can find a good date to start chopping the Z up. And for the corner led. Dam oh dam I just do not know. Should I keep it or should I scrap it. The suspense!!!! I'll do a mock up before I send the Z in for paint at my buddies shop with the led's on. Should be fun

Whooooooo sorry for the lack up updates. Been busy modding headlights for friends and working like a mad man to support this car hobby of mine. It's not cheap haha ok so as of right now I am waiting on my titanium bolts to come in ordered them so I am just waiting for them to come in and I can begin the cutting process on my Z. My Evo-R light is also something that I am waiting on to come to me. Other then that I'm good . Just a waiting game now. Also the bottom portion for my evo-R fog light install came in today . Fits perfectly on the bumper. Only thing to do is just screw it into my existing Nismo bumper and I am good. Will post pics again once the evo-R fog light drops in the states aswell as the bolts. Happy the 370z fog light finisher came pre-painted the OEM KH2 which I believe is the ground effect color on the Nismo 350z's,370z's and I think also the GTR. Pics below.

Off build topic but this is a Pic of the 370z I did headlight wise last weekend. Came out great.

Wooooooo EVO-R fog light is in! Test fitted on the Nismo rear bumper with the 370z fog light finisher. . Only thing I am Waiting on right now part wise is the titainum burnt bolts that will hold my fenders in place. Wheels will also be picked up. And possibly tires. Going to powder coat the wheels in a (color) don't ask lol. And I should be all set and ready for paint. Pics below

Just a side note The finisher fits quite flush with the rear bumper. It will be screwed into the bumper and will sit completely flat. Almost at the home stretch.

Thanks fellas. Man I bought the fog light finisher at a gamble to be honest. I had no clue it would fit so perfectly haha. No modding to the bumper what's so ever just have to screw it into place. I'll make sure to measure and triple measure. I want to make sure it is centered completly. And shout out to EVO-R that sucker is bright. Almost out my out out when I hooked it up to my test battery haha. I will update Ya guys some more as my finishing pieces do come in. My goal for this month is to grab my misc parts which are all on the way, grab my wheels this month and have them powder coated then after that order my Nitto tires . Little early in the game but I want to run a definite 305/30/19 in the back. The front I am still up for debate. Either a 265/35/19 or a 255/35/19. I have a lot of play room thanks to the stardast fenders. But my wheels will be going right up against the fender flush with it. Not to sunk and little to no camber. I hate the side ways wheel thing it makes almost no sense.

Should come out looking nice. Whats the final color going to be?

What size wheel are you planning on using? 19x ___. I never got the concept of wide fenders to run smaller tires then a stock body can hold. Ive tracked with 18x11 +14 285/35/18 no rubbing(after the slight pull). I would love to see a Widebody with WIDE tires.

Keep us updated man!

Chris

Hey Chris what's up man! Your Z is clean man. I'm in CFZ & SEFZG I am defiantly going wide. 10.5 wheels all around offset is going to be in -30's to -40's I am picking up my wheels to do a test fit very soon. But I will be running a 19/30/305 in the back for sure still iffy on the front but open to Suggestions. Will be peeping the aggressive wheel thread to get some inspiration.

10.5" width seems too conservative for a fenders that will add 10" to 14" of width to the car

i think 11" or 11.5" with those offsets would work better

The 370z side marker is dumb easy to install. Looks very nice also. You can tap the ground (black) wire to any ground in the headlight assembly. The positive(red) can be connected to ways:
A-connect to turn signal positive to have the emblem
Function as a turn signal
B-Connect to the parking lights so that it is continuously on.

I will keep Ya guys posted as I get my parts in for the Z.
