Default Thanks for answering

Thanks Dan for your reply! Hopefully this will answer the question for some of your potential customers. I am still waiting on ARES' clear strip, will contact you for your service once I receive them.

Rgd,
Mickey

P.S. Could I simply just take the HID bulbs out only, then keep the harness and ballast with the headlight unit, in case I don't remember how to assembly them back after a week (I am not the sharpest tool in the shed)

Yes, you can leave everything else on. All I ask is that you take out the HID bulb....

Do you think ares' clear strip will match clear sidemarkers?

the strip will be clear, where the difference may or may not come in is that the backing of the sidemarkers is a grayish white, while the headlight is chrome underneith. to match it perfectly you may want to lay a coat of primer in that reccessed area.

without playing trying it, its hard to say for sure.
