Trip odometer is missing digits (certain places blank)

My odometer for total miles reads fine.
The line below it, the trip odometer, does not display correctly.

Anyone experience this ?

Was the cluster taken apart at some point? That LCD screen has a whole lot of pins that need to be lined up perfectly when it's being seated to the circuit board.
