Well, i don't know exactly what this is on my side skirt and I can't seem to get it off. It's more of a stain on the plastic film on rear of sideskirt. It sorta feels like it could peel off. I don't know what to do (I don't want to make it worse) and would appreciate any advice.

There is a protective clear film on the rear section of the rocker. Try cleaning it with some polishing compound or Magic Eraser. Hopefully, you didn't scrape through it already and damage the paint below, which is what it looks like in the pics.
