350z track vs nismo seats oem

Did they change anything in the nismo seats that make them better than the normal oem seats?

I think that the Track have the same seats as all other "lesser" trims... and the Nismo has the same seats, but with some red sections on the set covers...I could be wrong, but that is my current understanding.

Do the Nismo seat's have the side-impact airbags? I think they do.
