Default Help removing silver interior trim

Dose anyone have experience with removing the silver interior trim. Such as the ring around the shifter, gauges, hvac controls, steering wheel, interior door handles, ect. I am wanting to paint them I'm also going to do the rear strut bar cover to match but found a write up for that.

There are plenty of threads on this topic you could have found by searching, but here's one:

Not a lot of differences that matter from year to year, although that doesn't mean you can necessarily mix and match parts. You'll invariably break a clip or two, especially on a 13-year old car, but just be careful and try to just use your fingers rather than any sort of hard tool. You'll also find many threads on how to refinish the interior plastics; repainting, vinyl wrapping, carbon fiber wrapping, or hydrodipping.

gotcha thanks man I'll give it a shot as soon as I get the paint but that will probably be a month or longer right now my main concern is getting my old jeep back on the road
