Default Drilled to big a hole

Ok so recently I just put a ducktail wing on my 350z. I cheaped out and mistakenly bought a poor fitting product. None the less I drilled and self tapped the wing into my hatch. I hated how the self tapping screws looked so I went and got some flat bolts and nuts to replace. The only thing was they were a tad wider than the self rappers. So being the dumb *** I was I went ahead and drilled one of the holes from the self tapping screws wider and went to put the nut and bolt in only to find I can't access the other side of the bolt once it's in. Even once the plastics are off in the hatch there's a metal layer I cannot get past and I don't want to cut it just to put these screws on. I can no longer put the self tapping screw back in because the hole is to wide but I don't want to get a different size one because it will make the whole setup look funny. Any adivce on how to either change out all of the other screws or how to get this old self tap back into the same hole without there being a leak. Thank you guys.

UHHH, just make a hole saw cut under hatch. . . you don't see it anyways and you already butchered it it seems.
