Passenger side high beam does not work?

Passenger side high beam does not work?
So i've been trying to figure this out for the last few days.
Multimeter getting no voltage to plug. No voltage to harness.
Swapped out 10amp high beam fuses. Same issue
Swapped around low/high beam relays same issue.
What else should I try?
