Default Kinetix Motor cover hardware question

Can anyone tell me if I need any hardware other than what they provide with this cover to fit it to my 350Z? I have 3 nuts for the cover and the extended hex nut for the back... but on my car I only have teh two studs up front... wondering if I need any spacers or rubber gromets or anything else? I am going to try and fit it up later tonight... at a glance I wasn't sure because as it is it seems like the wire harness will interfere with the cover.

I may be wrong...

In this concern, I was wrong. It was tight to get on, but did bolt up and woks as described.

For what it's worth, I used grommets on mine

Thanks! I guess mine went in ok. But thinking back it may work better with the grommets. I talked to Kinetix and they said not to use anything other than what they ship with the cover. So I didn’t. But I did need to kind of force it on a bit. It was tight.
