Default Front Quarter Panels Out of Alignment

So I believe the front end was in an accident and Doesn't look like the quarters were lined up correctly, specifically , the gap by the front doors, where the panel meets by the hood the the windshield pillar. Can anyone direct me on how they are supposed to be set on the car?
As always, any help greatly appreciated.

The FSM shows the clearances between the fender and the door. Hope this helps.
