Default Putting in new gauge cluster, and it only works sometimes

I have an extra nismo gauge cluster that I wanted to replace my regular one with (my car is not a nismo). When I originally tried it, the cluster lit up and everything but the gauges didn't work so I put the regular back in. Earlier today I tried again, and it actually worked. Everything was working right except the rpm needle was a bit sticky but otherwise it all worked. Then I turned it off for about 30 minutes and when I turned it on again it lit up but the gauges don't work right. The rpm and the mph don't move at all and the temp and gas gauges randomly move periodically. It will also sometimes beep at me. I'm wondering what I could try to get it to work properly.

You could put the correct gauge cluster in. Pretty sure that'll work.
