I made the bold decision to go form bright orange to matt black and I am very pleased with the outcome - just waiting for the front to be completed next few days


Decided to go spoiler and badgeless on the rear

New front wing fitted post a small accident

Wheels away to be refurbed

Wheels back and door handles refurbed as I bought LHD ones again 😩

Tinted rear windows looking very good now against the black car

Awaiting the rear veilside to be fitted and lights

Current state …. Next job is the front veilside and new lights to be fitted - awaiting new lights for bumper also

I paid £500 for the fibreglass kit from eBay - a body shop in manchester had one that the 350z owner never had fitted - minus the wheel arches which I didn’t want anyway 🕺🏻

 

You aren't studying the advert properly ...It says VeilSide STYLE kit ...It does not say that it IS a VeilSide package. IMHO using (what looks as if) official VeilSide photographs is a chunk deceptive.

your post title easily eludes to this being a name brand kit, id try to ease up a bit on those making comment to such.


I agree the satin black is a better call, especially w the veilside kit, it has some odd lines otherwise, less busy when black...
I had done similar to my car back in 2013, (oddly enough, did so after seeing a uk car w the kit in black "badbreed nitrous 350z" on youtube) ..
..much has changed since then, but Ill edit and share a few pics off my phone, perhaps lends some ideas for wheel fitment etc
