Heres a few details...
1. We worked on this for 2 weeks straight rushing for a show. The wheels barely made it and we barely painted the car. Thats why the front suspension is looking like a 4x4 we didnt have time to trim the fender and lower the Car.
2. The rear diffuser didnt make it... so thats missing
3. The A Pillar that U see thats Colored Black is actually Carbon Fiber.
4. The car is only 80% done. More work needs to be accomplished.

You want to sell it? Wonder how much it would cost to be stripped and repainted to CS? Just let me know.

That is awesome, the color of the headlights and the wheels work well together! Great work!

Thumbs up

Ben, I'm very impressed @ the wide-body kit you got!

We'll send you the dry-CF rear strut bar cover when they arrive and some Evo-R stickers for your amaZing Z

for some reason, the car reminds me of the porsche cup cars.

the only thing that looks wierd to me in the front bumper ... it seems like it needs to be wider.

overall... good job! i can't wait to see it once all the smaller details get worked out.

Man, I have to hand it to you -- you went out on a limb there and I have to give you serious props. The wheels and brakes are awesome! And the wide body looks great on the Z. I really like the Do-Luck style rear wing as it is so different, and the headlights look great with the wheels. Plus, the A-pillar cf thing is a great idea. You definitely have one of the most unique Z's I have seen so far.

But, to pick nits here, IMHO, it just looks a little, uh... unfinished? The very hard line for the front fender looks off with the very smooth curves of the rear flares (of course, I had the same problems with the Hasemi car). The huge scoops and really agressive rear quaters make the virtually stock front look, well, way too stock and unfinished. The pastel blue colors look a little off with the bronze wheels and doesn't go with the mean looking nature of the car (though definitely Porsche racer-ish). Maybe it would be different in person??? The front wide fenders look like they should have vents or something out the back (ala Top Secret). The little thing behind the rear fenders looks like a mistake that wasn't smoothed in with the rest of the bodywork.

BTW, have you thought of using the small, JGTC style rear view mirrors? I think it would really bring home the racecar image and minimize the huge looking stock mirrors.

I am sorry to say anything negative about the car, because it is an amazing piece of work, but you were looking for reactions, and this is my $0.02.

Now, go change your license plates!!! (and loose the front one)

I agree with the colors, not my taste. Maybe it will look better when it's lowered and the rear bumper is on. It was one of my favorite cars until the paint job... Oh well, as long as you like it.

i love the colors! after looking at it some more, i'm not liking the cf a-pillars ... it breaks up the paint scheme too much.

i'm thinking you need to change your license plates, since your car isn't black anymore
