yeah wheels first since it's a lot more expensive. since the Z doesnt need a bodykit to look good, cuz it's already look good. to my theory, i'd do the most expensive mods first then cheaper mods later. cuz it takes lesser time to save up for cheaper mods than saving up a lot for an expensive mod. at least that's for me anyway... cuz i'm not a very penny-saver type of person. so it's really hard for me to save them up to the least of $500-1000, i always empty my payroll like a wk later. it's easier for me to save up to $500, cuz that's like... 1 of my payroll.

I think the stock wheels look good enough on their own for now...I always wanted a kit and now I can get one...so I'm jumping on it while the wife is into it..lol....the true hardcore auto enthusiasts will know they are stock and have the same opinion as you guys...but to the regular folk around town...they wont know the differnce.

The backs are now 20" Chicken..lol.

350zguy...skirts are Greddy, front and rear is Ings V2 and spoiler is Data Systems.

Rims first. 18" ADR with tires go for around 1200. Greddy Front+Side Skirts = 575+Paint. You could get your bodykit and rims all under 2k if you do it right.

Your going to change your clear side marker to an orange one?
I dont think that it looks too bad with the stock wheels.

I'm super picky with wheels and I havent seen ONE set of wheels that I like enough to even consider buying. Like you all said...the Z looks good enough stock...that must include the wheels too...I think they looks sporty enough on their own without needed to do wheels first...I'm just dead set on a kit first!

lol..no reggi...i ain't going to orange.

Hmm, I personally hate ALL of the stock wheels that come on the Z's. The track wheels arepretty nice but have a bad offset just like the rest of the stock wheels do. Way to sucked in.

Get wheels first!

I'm sure it wont be that bad, but I tend to cringe at the site of kitted cars that are running with stock wheels, ick.

PS, do that photochop with the sized looking the way they are suppose to. It doesnt look to bad at all in that picture because they magically became 20's!

You say you can't find any aftermarket wheels that you like, but you like the stock ones?!

Well, on naother note, that is a nice choice of body parts to get!

I thought the same thing Vice. Guess we are the only two who like the stock wheels.

P.S. I got ADR M-Sport Chromes when my wife said the stock wheels looked plastic and that I should get new ones. Someone once said that doors of opportunity open all the time, one just has to know when to step threw. Well I wasn't going to miss this door. Besides, after looking around I noticed every stinking car made today comes with the stock Z color of wheel. Got to be different.

Not to many enthusiasts around here....I don't see anything wrong with the stock rims...does that make me weird?

If anything..>i want a simple 5 star design with a nice inset lip....seems anyone I find has that bolt thing going all the way around the rim...I hate that.

TE37's 10.5 in the rear with a 35 offset will give you that lip your looking for. The 9.5 with a +22 wont have a lip however.
