I live in Jersey, and have seen this purple Z drive by a few times and the color of the car is unreal. I'm pretty sure the color is not a stock color but I wasnt sure if Nissan offered it specialy or something and was wondering if anyone had a paint code of the purple. I do realize its probably a custom job but I never get a chance to stop the drive to ask. Any help would be great. I appolgize if this is in the wrong thread new to the forum. I attached a pic of the color purple I have seen ( Not the same car just the same color)

that color is called brickyard. paint code is ax8.

its no longer offered for the 04 z's.
nissan replaced it with another silver called liquid aluminum
