Default People curbed my bumper. Help me choose new one

Well this I always find ironic. I take my car in for her first oil change and when I come to pick her up... SHABANG. I see a rip in the bottom plastic lip that sticks down. So I hop on my back continuing to ask myself why I let anyone else work on my car, and notice the car has obviously been curbed. There is a huge gash in the urethane and yellow paint all about. Also parts of the underbody diffuser cover have been all fukced up. So I call em and they say alright, bring it back we'll see what we can do. I say look guys I'll be fair, if it isn't something that can actually be fixed to perfect, I don't want some half assed patchwork job. So we can meet in the middle. If to get back to 100% I need a new bumper, I will just get the one I want and we can settle what you give me for the old one.

So basically I am in the market for a new front bumper and not sure what to get. Honestly FRP scares me as the one experience I had with it on my BMW it was apparently unpaintable, had spider cracks, would chip and flake etc etc. But I am open to all suggestions. Maybe that was just crappy FRP.

The new blitz front bumper is nice. It also doesn't look "took much" if you don't get the rest of the kit.

Other than that, nismo is the way to go.

I'll check out the Blitz. Nismo I love ... problem is a lot of people have gone with it. I guess such is the nature of the beast when it looks that good . My biggest concern is with the fiberglass holding up. I am afraid of paint just flaking right off the stuff.

If the fiber glass is gel coated and the paint shop prep it right, it should not crack or flake. If it is not done right, paint on urethane piece crack and flake too.

If you worry about fiberglass, go with the Fiber Images Top Secret Carbon Fiber bumper o the Nismo Carbon Fiber that Jason have.

I'd go with Top Secret myself...

I would say Top Secret or Nismo. If you get authentic kits, then the fiberglass will not spider, crack or flake.
