Im thinking about buyin the nismo wing. just curious, will the nismo wing use the same holes as the stock spoiler or at least cover the stock holes upon mounting it. I just ordered a lip, na d i wanna throw a spoiler on .. But there really arent that many spoilers out there that look very good imho.

Any info is greatly appreciated.

 

It will covers the stock spoiler holes and you have to drill more holes to install it.

 

I bought one off of e-bay and when I went to do a test fit on the hatch there was like a 1/4" to 1/2" gap in the middle of the spoiler where it meets the hatch. I e-mailed the guy i bought it from and he just simply said bolt it down. For anyone who has this spoiler was there a gap or did if match the contour of the hatch perfectly. This thing is fiberglass and I don't believe it will bend that far. any help would be appreciated I want to get this thing painted and put on soon.

 

Try to move the spoiler base close to the edge of the hatch. It will help with the gap.

most of the replica nismo wing have gap issues..including mine...

but it 's all good, i love it way it came out.

trust me! you will love it even with a small gap~~~~!!!!!

 

Do not skimp on a good paint job. Bad paint can make even the most expensive wing look like crap!

 

i second that.....more expansive painting job, more worth it.
