The cf hood is probably half the weight of the stock hood so I figured I'd play safe and fit the hood pins, dont want that thing flying open doing 160 down the freeway <........ Yeah If only

Yeah the pics make it look that way but the fit is probably the best part about this hood.....The top pic looks about right.

looks sweet! glad to hear you like the quality and fitment from VIS i just ordered a body kit from them and im still a little worried about it!!! I was talking to Vis about a silver carbon fiber hood for my Z they said they could make it ....still thinking about it though..it would be the same hood you have which looks really good.
