Default how to remove the panel covering the hole behind the driver's seat?

How easy is it to remove that panel in the "dummy" glove box behind the driver's seat? Do I have to take anything else off first? I don't want to go around prying randomly and breaking stuff.

I just got some RAAMMat and am trying to reduce road noise by lining the trunk and spare tire well for starters. I figure I may as well put some in the hole behind the driver's seat too.

Just pops off. Take a thin blade wrapped in tape ad get a top corner to pry out then use your hands.

or if you're too lazy, like me, to get the blade/screw driver/etc. out just push down with your fingers on the left side and it will flex the left side foward. then use one hand you pull the flexed part out.

very very easy. i do it all the time to mess with my amp settings.
