the lower part of the racing seat (Tenzo R Rally) seems to high, will it get in the way of the seat belt clip?

 

I don't think it will get in the way of the seat belt clip. I got Sparco Speed seats and the part where it holds your thigh is pretty tall and I don't have problem pulling the seat over that and clip it in. Since you in Buffalo, you can come to check out my seats to be sure.
