Roadster with INGS+1 half kit with Initial D rear bumper!!! PICS Inside
Wow paul, your car looks HOT! But the paint is off no doubt about it, I doubt its the camera or "shadow's" because that would be weird that the sideskirts and rear would be the only thing affected by it than the whole entire car? But very nice indeed! I bet it turns heads!
Nice roadster!
I wouldn't worry bout the color match. Silverstone is probably the only chameleon-like color in the whole 350z line-up. From slightly different angles or panels the colors/shades are going to look noticeably different.
I've even had folks ask if I repainted the hood darker when it's still OEM. Sometimes all my panels look off-color in the right light. The camera lense enhances the light flux and captures that hue shift.

In certain light it does not look llike it but it is! So now I don't know if I should Snap the F out on the body shop or what! He did tell me in the beginning that it might be off a little cause of the paint and what not.
I got the kit from www.350Zforums.org speak to Dave Stoner and tell him Paul from NY with the roadster told you to call.
I am sooooooo PISSED right now!

Don't worry about the color too much. It's as close as your gonna get on silverstone, without painting the entire car. I've had my kit painted twice and am considering a third try. The color was computer mixed and tinted to be perfect, but the metalic is really hard to keep even over all the angles and rolls of any kit.
By the way your car looks great, nice choice.

I can understand, but I think the posts on this thread that rave about your car should help alleviate your pain. If it looked real bad, these people would have came right out and said it. Even those that were pointing out the color difference were just being observant, and not ridiculing.
Lighting has alot to do with it. Like others have mentioned, even OEM SS painted cars can on occassion look like panels are of different shades. I know - I've been washing my SS every weekend for gettin near 2 years now, and I frequently find myself bouncing my head from side to side, as I stare at a junction between a couple of panels.
Your car looks great! I doubt anyone would ever notice the slight variation in color in real life. Just you. If you try and have it corrected, you may be starting a long process and never be satisfied.
