Yeah, the Z shows thru a cutout in the cover. The 350 came off of my back hatch. I thought it looked different

All I can say is Evo-R's price is much better than Central 20's, and our quality is top notch as well.

Why does one of the photos show the aluminum piece itself removed? What exactly are the installation instructions?

aluminum piece was removed to give your self more room to place the cover over it. Hope that clears it. =)

Great looking product, I'm very tempted. My question is does this cut down on the glare at all in the rear hatch? I notice the surface is still very shiny. This would actually be my main motivation for getting it. Thanks!

There are 2 ways to install these covers, one is to remove the silver plate off the strut bar and the other is w/o removing it. I find both ways to be pretty simple for installation, nothing too difficult, no tool is require during installation, just need to pop open 2~3 OEM panels (see arrows in the picture). Took me about 15 minutes to complete the installtion.

The only reason we remove the silver plate off the strut bar is for easy line-up on the Z cut-out (Z emblem).

Yes, the glare from the OEM plate was reduced greatly, based from the picture below the main glare that's left comes from the OEM silver Z emblem itself. Dark color surfaces (e.g. carbon fiber,...etc) almost always reduce glare quite well

Yea, if just let it be when it came out of high pressure oven. Then it will be just flat carbon dull look. We spray a layer of UV protection clear gel coat over it. It looks better and it will be protect from the sun.
