The reason for bubbling is from moisture underneath. Make sure you get all the moisture out from underneath, or this may occur.

Do you have a "satisfaction guaranteed" type return policy or just all sales final? I know it's only $14 and that's not exactly much, though it'd be nice to know that if it wasn't working out... just for reference.
